We used Oaxaca Transportation for all of our transport needs during our stay in Oaxaca. This included an airport pick up, a private day trip to Hierve el Agua & Santa Catarina Minas, a transfer from Oaxaca city to San José del Pacífico, and another transfer from San José to Zipolite. From the outset, Marie was quick to respond and happy to advise on the best options for our needs. Once in Mexico, communication with the team was smooth via WhatsApp, and they were even able to accommodate a last minute change in itinerary. Our drivers, Emmanuel (x2) and Javier, were warm, professional and friendly, and contacted us prior to pick up to confirm. The cost of our transfers was also reasonable given the quality of service. La verdad quedé extremadamente satisfecha con el servicio. El equipo que nos recogió y regresó fué muy profesional y amable. Recibí el contacto de la persona que nos atendería con suficiente anticipación y estaba tranquila sabiendo dónde, cuándo y cómo nos veríamos; que para un viaje organizando a varias personas fué de mucho valor. Tuvimos que hacer un pequeño cambio de último minuto en el tiempo y el lugar de la recogida para el regreso, y el proceso de hacerlo fué muy rápido y agradezco mucho la disposición del equipo para acomodarse a los horarios. Oaxaca Transportation is great! The drivers contacted me the day before and day of my pick up date. The drivers arrived early. The drivers are very courteous. We booked "Puerto Escondido Transportation" which belongs to "Oaxaca Transportation" it seems. It was a very good transfer from Puerto Escondido to Oaxaca City. The driver drove safe, in 3 hours time and spoke very good English. Toilet break was not a problem and he was on time, too. I wasn't sure at first (because I couldn't find any ratings specifically for "Puerto Escondido Transportation") but can highly recommend the agency. Very good communication also. I had an amazing experience with the whole team at Oaxaca Transportation. From kindly answering all of my questions before the trip to our driver promptly waiting for us at the airport right when we arrived it truly made our trip that much better. We had really early flights back and our drivers still picked us up with a smile at 3:00 AM. If you are on the fence about if you really need a driver I will say that it is so helpful after a long day of travel to have someone waiting to take you to your hotel and takes the headache out of having to plan how you’ll get back to the airport. Oaxaca Transportation is reliable, and a bit more affordable than comparable companies from my research. Taxis are of course cheaper, but not available everywhere. I scheduled a pickup with Oaxaca Transportation after a hike, in an area too remote to get a taxi. My driver was right on time and very friendly, and she spoke English. Service was outstanding! The drivers were on time and super friendly, even provided some recommendations for things to see, do, and eat. Very helpful! They were able to work with me in rescheduling when I realized I had given the wrong pick up date.   Communication was always prompt and professional.  Pricing was reasonable too!
